At AnyWeb, we aim to provide a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other applicable restrictions. Any such exclusions will be communicated clearly.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at officalnishant9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email officalnishant9@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Supporting photographs, if applicable
Please wait for return instructions and authorization before sending any product back. Do not send products to an address without confirmation from our support team.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any applicable refund timeline and deductions, if legally permitted, will be communicated to the customer before the refund is finalized.
5. Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, AnyWeb will communicate the appropriate return or resolution arrangements. For other eligible returns, return shipping responsibility will be communicated before the return is approved.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the return policy may apply instead.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights available under applicable law.
